I'm an IT Professional for the largest healthcare system in my county. In short, I teach doctors and other providers on how to use our systems, from EMR to imaging, dictation to ticketing, admit to discharge.
I've been a fan of nerd culture for the majority of my life. Grew up in the Midwest, finished high school years in Florida, college on Long Island, then moved around the east coast for a while picking up new talents and interests.
Music is generally my constant go to, with Metal being my default. I float between a really odd mix of other genres depending on what's going on at the time. I'm also an out of practice bassist, working to re-learn my craft.
Otherwise, I fill my spare time playing games, watching various series and anime, or discussing recent comics with my teenage son. Also, the daily task of buying/cooking good food that we don't get bored with.
Too many individual fandoms/interests to list; ask me about anything, I've probably got an opinion to share.

I'd really like to meet someone that shares at least a few interests with me, but honestly I'm more interested in what new experiences and interests we could bring to one another. I love to introduce people to new things and tell/hear great stories.
My sarcastic nature can be a hindrance when educating at work, so I've learned to hide that bit of myself. Let's just say I'm more an introvert than most people would ever know. It would be great to meet someone I could really be myself around all the time.
Other than that, I guess I'm just looking for someone funny and chill. A woman that's willing to accept my weirdness long enough to have some good times together, even if that's just relaxing at home, listening to music or catching up on TV/movies.
